About the Area
The Village Green is a 55+ adult living community where residents can get away from it all, yet still be close to everything! Residents will find 42 golf courses, miles of walking trails, nearby parks, convenient shopping and dining, and tennis courts. It's all you could want and more.
Other amenities are close as well like the Moore County Airport, Bradshaw Performing Arts Center, Sunrise Theater, FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, and Sandhills Community College.
The Village Green HOA
The Village Green Association of Southern Pines, Inc. is under the management of its owners and the governing body which is the Board of Directors. The Board consists of Village Green residents elected by the homeowners, and is dedicated to the successful operation of the Home Owner's Association (HOA). The Board welcomes all suggestions from its membership.
HOA dues are collected on a monthly basis and cover basic cable television, exterior home insurance, termite inspection with insurance, roof repair and replacement, vinyl replacement, and ground maintenance.
Village Green events
At The Village Green, we enjoy getting together with our neighbors. Parties and social events are planned throughout the year including monthly "dine-outs", Christmas party, Memorial Day remembrance, ice cream socials, and more.
